The Position
The Role
The Engineering Technician plays a hands-on, problem-solving role by assisting engineers in designing, building, testing, and maintaining equipment or systems, using technical expertise, instruments, and data analysis to ensure projects run efficiently and meet required specifications.
Your Opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor water systems, utilities, HVAC, BMS, EMS, and plant equipment.
Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance for utilities, process, and lab equipment, including electrical and instrumentation systems.
Conduct calibration, alarm testing, and system checks for BMS, EMS, and water systems.
Manage shift operations, execute assigned activities, and support equipment qualifications.
Maintain engineering documentation and ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements.
Handle facility maintenance and coordinate with vendors for AMCs and maintenance activities.
Ensure safety compliance, EHS activities, statutory adherence, waste management, and promote safe work practices
Attend training, follow SOPs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Who You Are
Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electromechanics or Electronics.
Minimum 3 years of experience
Good communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team.
