Arcera Celebrates International Women’s Day 2026: The Ripple Makers of Arcera

Every action creates a ripple, and at Arcera, some of the most powerful ripples are created by the women who lead, support, innovate and uplift others across our global community. 

In line with this year’s global theme of ‘Give to Gain’, we invited our colleagues worldwide to nominate women who embody the spirit of giving at Arcera. The response was overwhelming and truly inspiring. One message came through clearly through their nominations: Giving is not a subtraction. It is a multiplication, and the women at Arcera multiply their impact every day.
